Hi guys!!! I'm looking for a share mate.
I rent 3 beds 2 baths 2 carpark apartment in Liberty grove (11 settlers blvd).
I want to find the guy(male or female. To be honest, I don't care about male or female but preferred a little bit male :-)) who is using a single bedroom.
Near Concord west station. it takes around 10 mins by slow walking.
if you have fast foot walk you can be there Concord west station in 7 mins :-)
The bedroom fully furnished (bed, Table, chair, stand light, wardrobe etc)
so, you just pack up your stuffs and come over here after then start staying
even all bills are included such as electricity, water, and gas.
even you can enjoy unlimited wifi internet!!! :-D
One more thing... we share a fridge and you can use a washing machine too :-)
I'm a male, 38yo, single, Australian, original background is from S Korea.
a quiet person and most of all, I'm a student now (usyd) I need my personal space that's why I rent this apartment.
I love Gym, I love Sauna I love swimming I love this place.
